Jason Ritter

Experience

Jason Ritter has more than 21 years of experience in financial services and management. He has held all roles within retail banking from part-time teller, while in college, to his current role as Senior Vice President of Member Experience. His experience is a product of managing sales, operations, member-service, lending and business development for community banks, super-regional banks and credit unions

Jason joined Henrico FCU as VP of Retail in June 2013 and accepted his current role as Senior VP of Member Experience in May 2017. He provides leadership to the member-centered functions of the credit union encompassing Branches, Member Contact Center, Marketing, Lending, Business Development, Asset Protection and Financial Education. Jason also serves actively in the Virginia Credit Union League as co-chair for the Legislative Committee of the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions.
