TELLER (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Teller for our Laburnum location to provide exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their needs.

FLOATING TELLER (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking Tellers for our “floating pool” to provide exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their needs. “Floaters” may work at any of our retail branch locations in Henrico and Chesterfield counties. Work assignments will generally be determined in advance and typically for two-week rotations. A permanent work location may be assigned in the future. A positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and strong verbal skills are required.

The successful candidate should be comfortable floating between multiple branch locations on different work assignments, working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people. Relationship building skills are a plus. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required.  Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a service-driven Financial Service Representative to assist members with all their financial needs. Duties include handling requests for products and services, opening accounts, conducting loan interviews, resolving issues, and offering financial solutions, while ensuring exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

Completion of high school education (or equivalent); six months to two years of similar or related experience in sales or lending in a financial services environment (credit union, preferred) or a similar retail services environment, including time spent in preparatory positions; previous cash handling experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The successful candidate must enjoy communicating with people and have demonstrated excellent relationship building skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence are a must. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with efficiency. Must process members’ financial transactions with accuracy and offer solutions to meet their financial needs. A positive and flexible attitude and enthusiasm for multi-tasking are also required.
