As a Floating Teller, you will "float" between branches based on staffing needs. While work assignments are generally determined in advance, flexibility is key. A permanent home branch may be assigned in the future based on business needs

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing and administering the daily operations of the branch while overseeing a full range of services to members and prospective members. 

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a positive team environment to meet or exceed strategic initiatives.
  • Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenues, sales, and member satisfaction while minimizing operational losses and member attrition.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and member service, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote credit union products and services.
  • Sales & Business Development: Achieve branch sales goals by promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services; and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring the branch meets or exceeds its financial targets.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; a two-year college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of similar or related experience in a financial services environment (credit union preferred), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and public relations abilities, and solid leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as member service operations and financial regulations.

SENIOR TELLER (Full-Time)

As a Senior Teller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of teller and member service functions behind the teller line. Responsibilities include overseeing the balancing of cash vaults, ATMs, and night depository; resolving complex member service issues; and supporting the Teller staff. This role involves providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and cash advances. Additionally, focusing on operational efficiency is key, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective to support the overall performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teller Functions: Ensure teller functions are performed correctly and securely, coordinate teller operations, and assist with complex transactions.
  • Member Service: Implement the Credit Union’s strategic growth plan, perform member service functions, and resolve member bookkeeping and checking account problems.
  • Professional Relationships: Promote “financial peace of mind through trusted relationships,” support Credit Union initiatives, and maintain the Credit Union’s professional reputation.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year college degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years of similar or related experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution (credit union preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in using PCs with Windows applications (Microsoft 365 and Teams).
