Digital Banking - Coming March 3, 2020

On Tuesday, March 3rd, a new Digital Banking system will be available. We are excited to offer our members a new mobile-friendly design and modern digital options.
Within Digital Banking, you will be able to:
  • Access balances
  • Review transaction history
  • Schedule transfers
  • Make payments with Bill Pay
  • Make remote check deposits
  • Report lost or stolen debit cards
  • Lock your debit card
  • Nickname your accounts
  • Tag transactions
  • Upload receipts
  • Organize your dashboard
  • Apply for loans
  • View electronic statements
  • Set up account alerts
  • Securely message our Contact Center

Enrollment

Starting March 3rd, all members will need to enroll in the new system. Download Henrico FCU Digital Banking from your App Store or visit digital.henricofcu.org on your PC or Mac.

 Log into internet banking 1 icon   CLICK First time user? Enroll now.

 Click on the transfer tab 2 icon   VERIFY IDENTITY  You will need your member number, social security number, email, and phone number

 Select hfcu Move money and enroll 2 icon   CREATE CREDENTIALS Create a unique username using letters and numbers(no special characters) and create a password

 4.png  READ AND ACCEPT User Agreements

 5.png   VERIFY NEW ACCOUNT Enter verification code that was sent to your mobile or received by phone call
