New Location Coming Soon

Henrico County, VA - January 8, 2026 - Henrico Federal Credit Union is pleased to provide an update on the planned relocation of its Short Pump branch. The move to the new location at 4419 Greybull Drive is quickly approaching. Since opening in 2018 on Pouncey Tract Road across from Short Pump Middle School, the branch has continued to grow and build strong connections within the community, momentum that has helped drive and support this strategic transition.

The new location is now scheduled to open in early 2026, further reinforcing the Credit Union’s commitment to serving both existing and potential members throughout the surrounding communities. This expanded and modernized branch will improve accessibility and strengthen Henrico Federal Credit Union’s ability to deliver personalized financial solutions to its members.

Commitment to the Community

“We are excited to expand our presence in the rapidly growing Short Pump area of Henrico County,” said Jason Ritter, Senior Vice President of Member Experience. “This location is easily accessible from major roadways, including West Broad Street, Route 288, and Interstate 64. We continue to invest in the communities we serve, and our new office will be a hub where individuals, families, friends, and neighbors can receive personalized service from our team to improve their financial well-being.”

Originally established in 1967, Henrico Federal Credit Union offers financial services to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Richmond Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses seventeen counties and four cities.
