LENDING MANAGER

We are currently seeking a dynamic service-driven Lending Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Lending Department while providing “financial peace of mind through flexible relationships.”

Duties include underwriting loans, conducting loan audits, and analyzing the effectiveness of lending services while ensuring exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must demonstrate considerable knowledge of consumer, indirect and residential lending practices, a basic understanding of all Credit Union functional areas, knowledge of Credit Union products and services, and understanding of related federal and state consumer and residential lending laws (i.e. Regulation Z, ECOA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.)

A four-year college degree in business or a related field and a minimum of five years of previous experience in direct and indirect consumer lending and/or residential lending is required. Direct credit union experience is preferred. Previous experience in management or a supervisory capacity is desired.

TELLER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Teller Service Representative for our Laburnum location to provide exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their financial needs. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people. Relationship building skills are a plus. MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an energetic Member Service Representative (MSR) with an outstanding positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for building member relations and strong multi-tasking and verbal communication skills at our Laburnum location. 

MSRs create an exceptional first impression to our members and potential members. Duties include welcoming members in person and by phone, directing members in a friendly, professional manner based on their specific needs, providing general Credit Union information, opening deposit accounts, entering and updating member information, performing financial transactions (including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, cash advances, etc.) as well as a variety of other functions related to Credit Union operations. 

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people. Relationship building skills are a plus. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional member service, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of member satisfaction is desired. Ability to promote use of credit union products and services in an open and friendly manner is required. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required.  Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.  Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

We are currently seeking a service-driven Financial Service Representative (FSR) for our West Broad location to assist members with all of their financial needs.  Duties include handling requests for products and services, opening accounts, conducting loan interviews, resolving issues and offering financial solutions, while ensuring exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must enjoy communicating with people and demonstrate excellent relationship building skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence are a must. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required.  Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with efficiency. Must process members’ financial transactions with accuracy and offer solutions to meet their financial needs. A positive and flexible attitude and enthusiasm for multi-tasking are also required.

Completion of high school education (or equivalent) and two years of similar or related experience in sales or lending in a financial services environment (credit union, preferred); previous cash handling experience is desirable; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
