FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking two service-driven Financial Service Representatives for our West Broad location to assist members with all of their financial needs. Duties include handling requests for products and services, opening accounts, conducting loan interviews, resolving issues and offering financial solutions, while ensuring exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must enjoy communicating with people and demonstrated relationship building skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence are a must. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with efficiency. Must process members’ financial transactions with accuracy and offer solutions to meet their financial needs. A positive and flexible attitude and enthusiasm for multi-tasking are also required.

Completion of high school education (or equivalent) and two years of similar or related experience in sales or lending in a financial services environment (credit union, preferred); previous cash handing experience is desirable; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

CONTACT CENTER FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Financial Service Representatives for our Contact Center located at our West Broad branch to assist members with a broad variety of member service functions through multiple delivery channels, including (but not limited to) opening accounts; actively cross-selling services; answering members’ questions; and performing account maintenance. Conducts in-depth member financial interviews. Serves members promptly and professionally. Provides exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their financial needs. Positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and strong verbal communication skills are required.

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union products and services and working knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Candidate must enjoy communicating with people and demonstrated relationship building skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence are a must.
