Deposit checks anytime, anywhere.

Mobile Deposit is a fast and easy way to bring the branch to you. Mobile Deposit provides you with a convenient way to quickly deposit checks on the go with your iOS and Android device.

Start here for new Mobile Banking users:

• Enroll in HFCU Mobile Banking through Internet Banking to create a
   User ID and password

• Download the HFCU Mobile App

• Once you download the HFCU Mobile App, follow the three steps listed below

Start here for existing Mobile Banking users: It's as easy as 1-2-3!

Easy as 1 icon

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • Select the Check Deposit button from the drop down menu
  • Endorse your check using the following as an example: Mobile Deposit Only to 12345 S8 on mm/dd/yy

Easy as 2 icon

  • Tap the camera within the app to take a picture of the front and back of the check
  • Enter the amount of the check

Easy as 3 icon

  • Choose the account to deposit the check into from the dropdown
  • Include your email to receive deposit status notifications
  • Review your deposit and tap the Approve button to submit your deposit

Mobile device 3

You will receive an email that the deposit has been received, then another email once the deposit has been approved. The funds will be deposited to your account during the next processing cycle.

Review your account history and available balance within Mobile Banking to ensure the deposit has posted to your account.

After a successful deposit, retain the check for 15 business days.

Mobile Deposit Limits

You may make check deposits, up to $1,000 daily (five aggregate items maximum) or $2,500 in a rolling 25-business day period (15 aggregate items maximum) to your Henrico FCU savings and/or checking accounts.
