First, contact us to receive your temporary PIN code. Once you receive the code, use the following steps to set up your Voice Banking account:
LOG INTO
VOICE BANKING
Call 804-262-8502. Enter your User ID/Member Number and PIN code. Enter the 10 digit phone number you’ll usually call from.
SET YOUR SECURITY
QUESTIONS
Choose 3 challenge questions. The system will prompt you to pick 3 separate questions and answer those questions immediately.
PERSONALIZE
YOUR PIN
You will have an option to create a personalized message, rather than the pre-recorded one. You'll also be prompted to pick a new PIN code.
